The Cognitive Robotics Lab is dedicated to advancing cognitive robotics, with a focus on applications that enhance quality of life and explore new areas in automation. Our current projects include assisted living, horticulture, and RoboCup soccer.
In RoboCup, teams of autonomous robots collaborate in dynamic, real-time environments. We are making use of this expertise beyond competitive robotics, and explore how teams of robots can work together efficiently in health, industrial and logistics environments. This includes assisted living technologies, autonomous warehouse operations, fleet coordination, and data-driven decision-making for smart material flow.
We are also interested in industry collaborations, working with partners to apply our research in real-world settings and contribute to the development of next-generation robotics for automation and logistics.
